All bookings are payable in advance – additional sessions/hours will be invoiced four weekly. We request a minimum booking of 1 full or 2 half days per week.

PLEASE NOTE – THERE IS A LATE COLLECTION CHARGE AFTER YOUR BOOKED COLLECTION TIME of £5 per CHILD FOR THE FIRST 10 MINUTES PLUS £10 PER CHILD FOR EACH 10 MINUTES THEREAFTER PLUS CHARGES FOR THE ADDITIONAL CARE AT THE RELEVANT HOURLY RATE – THIS APPLIES TO ALL BOOKED END TIMES

Packages

We aim to be transparent with our costings and as such have done our best to display our charges for all age ranges, rooms and meals. However, should you wish to discuss the breakdown of rates for your child further do not hesitate in getting in touch.

Buds – Aged 0-2 years (staffing ratio 1:3)

Seedlings - 2 -3 years (staffing ratio 1:5)

Two-year old funding is available subject to certain criteria of needs – all eligible children will receive 15 hours a week for 38 weeks of the year (term time). Care outside of this will be charged accordingly at our hourly rate.

Acorns Room - 3-4 years (staffing ratio 1:8)

FUNDED HOURS CAN ONLY BE USED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9AM to 4PM

ANY HOURS OUTSIDE OF THIS ARE CHARGED AT THE HOURLY RATE

All three and four year olds are currently entitled to 15 hours of free* early education for 38 weeks of the year – a total of 570 hours per year. This applies until they reach compulsory school age (the term following their fifth birthday). Some eligible, working families may get another 15 hours childcare a week. That’s up to 30 hours a week for 38 weeks of the year and a total of 1140 hours per year.

Holiday Group

Any times over 7 hours will be counted as a full day

Oaks Room (OVER 8 YEARS – holiday care only)

NOTES TO EXPLAIN CHARGES

‘INCLUDING ALL MEALS’ – these rates reflect a small discount for booking all 3 meals (basically you get free breakfast).
If your child is here before 8:30am they will automatically be given breakfast and this will be charged unless you OPT OUT.
This applies to lunches and light tea also.
The daily consumables charge is not optional and applies per child per day.
